The (Christmas) Quiz night eventually took place on 9th April 2022 after cancellations in 2020 and 2021 due to covid. The event was a successfully led by Quizmaster Neil Bullock, who made and presented the awards for first and wooden spoon.
The cancelled Winter Quiz will be resurrected as the Spring Quiz April 9th at 7:00 pm in the Lighthouse. There is a meal of beef casserole with CRUSTY BREAD included (or vegetarian option) but bring your own drinks. Admission is by ticket only, obtainable from Sue on 07771 582506

The final bulbs of the 2021 batch were planted on Saturday 18th December 2021 on the corner of Lakehouse Field. The poor weather had delayed the hand planting. It is hoped to plant more flowers next year with the sponsorship money from Coop members.
The third year of bulb planting took place on 8th November. The locations chosen were the area on the corner of Elm Road and Lime Avenue and the corner on the hill on Wallerscote Lane. The planting took place in the late evening and the pictures are very poor.
